How far ahead do I need to order?
Order boxed lunches and salads by 2:00 PM the business day before, breakfast by noon the business day before, and hot buffets 2 business days ahead. For 41 to 100 people, allow 3 business days. For more than 100 people, allow 1 week.
Is there a minimum?
Yes. Our minimum order is 10 people.
How do you handle allergies?
Each box is labeled with the person’s name and dietary needs. Every order includes a printed card listing each dish’s ingredients and allergens. Gluten-free bread is $1.50 extra, and our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, soy and nuts.
Do you set up?
Yes. Hot buffets arrive in chafers, we set up in about 15 minutes, and we pick up the chafers the next morning. Every order includes plates, napkins, cutlery and serving utensils.
Can we pay by invoice?
Repeat companies can pay by invoice, net 15. Everyone else pays by card when the order is confirmed.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes, for orders of 25 people or more, by request.
